Current Job Opportunity at Yasemin Greenscapes
Position Type: Full-time, permanent

Description of Duties:
- Mowing and edging lawns
- Weeding, leaf raking, and planting
- Mulching and spreading soil
- Pruning and trimming
- Pressure-washing
- Hardscaping work such as installing pavers, retaining walls, arbors, fences, etc.
- Snow shovelling
- Other tasks as required
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape maintenance
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s Licence (clean driver’s abstract required)
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Some plant ID knowledge and/or education in horticulture highly desirable
- Experience with hand tools and power equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, weed-eaters, saws, etc.
- Basic hardscaping skills highly desirable (paving, woodworking, landscape lighting, and irrigation system installation)
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
